Our job training programs are designed to be inclusive and holistic; we offer tuition-free programming, case management, and other comprehensive student services.

Construction
Construction builds more than structures—it builds futures.
The construction industry offers stable, well-paying careers that do not require a four-year degree, providing clear pathways to economic mobility, skill mastery, and long-term security. Through hands-on training, career advancement, and union and non-union opportunities, construction empowers individuals to earn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
PACT Core (160 hours) – 5 Weeks
Credential: Department of Labor Pre Apprentice program certificate
In-person, Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Requirements:
Must be at least 18
Must have reliable transportation
Requires 8 hours of volunteer time helping community members
Tuition cost $3500/full scholarships available

Electrical Apprenticeship
Credential: Department of Labor Apprentice card
4-Year Program
Fall/Spring Semesters 1 Day/Week 4 Hours
Attend classes one time per week (5:00 PM to 9:30 PM Aug-May)
Requirements:
Pre-apprentice certificate or verifiable electrical experience
Must be at least 18
Possess a High School Diploma or GED (recommended).
Have reliable transportation.
Be physically capable of performing the work of the trade.
Be proficient in math to pass the required math entrance exam. Achieve a minimum 70% or higher score on the required Math Exam, which covers pre-algebra (tutoring available).
Cost $2,000 per semester/full scholarships available

Renewable Energy
Clean energy opens doors to inclusive opportunity.
With multiple entry points that do not always require a four-year degree, renewable energy careers allow people to learn, earn, and advance—while bringing investment and resilience to historically underserved communities.

Proof of vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, TDap, TB, Varicella, Influenza, COVID-19
English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Understanding of basic algebra.

Certification: State of Colorado Licensed Certified Addiction Technician

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
According to the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, applicants must complete a high school diploma or GED, meet specific educational requirements (including at least 21 hours of addiction counseling skills and 21 hours of principles of addiction treatment), and complete a required number of supervised work hours.
Pass a criminal background check (view full list of disqualifying offenses)
Specialized training: CATs must complete specific courses in addiction counseling skills, principles of addiction treatment, and related topics.
National examination: In many states, including Colorado, CATs must pass a national exam to obtain certification.
